Treasury Department Federal Credit Union’s Mortgage Department consists of two separate areas that have specialists who focus on different parts of the mortgage process to provide better service to our members.

1.   Mortgage Origination

Treasury Department Federal Credit Union has partnered with Credit Union Mortgage Association to originate mortgages across the country. Credit Union Mortgage Association will serve as Treasury Department Federal Credit Union Mortgage Origination Department and will provide our members with fixed interest rate and adjustable interest rate, conforming, nonconforming, conventional, and jumbo mortgages, plus VA and FHA mortgages.

2.   Mortgage Servicing

Treasury Department Federal Credit Union continues its partnership with Credit Union National Mortgage Association to serve as our Mortgage Servicing Department for our Mortgage Loan Portfolio.  Once a Mortgage is funded, all mortgage servicing questions should be directed to our Mortgage Servicing Department.
